Hi There! I am Marie McNutt. I have vast experience at Randall County and will bring well formulated ideas and plans for operation at the County Clerks Office.
Experience
Randall County District Attorney’s Office (2001-2005)
During this time I was receptionist, legal secretary and Victim Advocate. I left Randall County for a while and worked with Panhandle Assessment Center. This was an interim housing agency for children needing foster homes.
Randall County Clerk’s Office (2010-2019)
During my time here, I worked as bookkeeper, Mental Health cases, Probate Cases, Guardianship cases as well as Civil cases. I assisted at times with processing payments as well as bookkeeping, I assisted with the records management department and at times, would lend a hand with Open Public Records Department.
Randall County District Clerk (2019-present)
I work as a Deputy Clerk, Bookkeeper, and Liaison for Tyler Technology, the system the both Clerk’s Offices use. I am the contact person for Tyler when anyone in Randall County has an issue with Tyler products, Generally I am able to fix the issues myself due to my knowledge of the system, if not, I can reach out to Tyler quickly to get an issue resolved. When the County clerk has issue, they give me a call.

Bachelor of Information Technology and Web Design
Kaplan University
From 2008 to 2013 I earned a decree in Information Technology with Web Design at Kaplan University while working full time at Randall County. Even though I did not go to work for Randall County IT department, I have found my studies as liaison for Tyler Technologies to be highly useful.
